    Description

    Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport (LROP) – the largest and busiest airport in Romania, located in Otopeni, approximately 16 km north of Bucharest city center. The airport handles both passenger and cargo traffic and serves as a major hub for Romanian airlines and international flights.

    This is my first scenery developed for MSFS 2020, also compatible with MSFS 2024. I have made an effort to recreate the current real-world airport layout and ground infrastructure as accurately as possible, although minor bugs or inaccuracies may still be present.

    Features:

    • Airport layout accurate to the real-world state as of December 2025
    • Compatible with AI traffic
    • Handcrafted models of airport buildings, aprons and taxiways

    The project is actively developed and further updates are planned.

    Installation:

    Simply extract the archive content into the Community folder.

    Good day Rekinowy!

    Thanks a lot for your excellent work on LROP. My rating is six out of five: Your rendition is much (!) better than a payware for this airport...

    May I suggest to change the following please according to current charts from Jeppesen and AIP Romania?

    1. Change the ALSF-II at runway 26R to an HIALS-I aka ALSF-I *.
    2. Activate the "Sequenced Flashing Lights" (SFL aka "Rabbits") at the two ALSF-II.

    * ALSF-I without SLF...

    ...you may know the real status better of course :-)

    Anyway I wil prepare a review to be published online.

    Amazing job!!! You are doing very well with this project! Optimization is great and im running a 1080ti on a 4k tv but reduced to 1440. Keep up the great work! Oh and im running MSFS 2024 SU5

    Very nice work with the arrivals area! I would also love to see the vip lounge area upstairs or the security zone in the interior of the original bulding. With just a few more interior details, this addon will reach the stars!:)

    Thanks for the feedback! Currently, the terminal's interior is a simplified version. It wasn't intended to be fully explorable, but rather to serve as a filler so the space wouldn't appear vacant through the glass facade. However, I’ll be looking to gradually add more details over time.
