The application aims to provide a more authentic airline environment by introducing announcements that react to different stages of flight.
The software will support both manual and automatic operating modes. In automatic mode, users can import SimBrief flight plans, allowing the application to monitor flight progress and trigger appropriate announcements throughout the flight without user intervention.
According to SoFly, the system uses dynamic flight data to tailor announcements based on factors such as flight phase, time of day, and seatbelt sign status. The product will also feature airline-specific accents, multiple voice variations, and contextual announcements for events such as go-arounds and special onboard occasions.
