TaiModels has released Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB) for Microsoft Flight Simulator, offering a detailed representation of this key airport located in eastern Canada. Situated about 17 kilometers from downtown Québec City, the airport handles approximately 1.7 million passengers each year. The airport provides direct flights to multiple destinations across Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe, making it a central hub for both domestic and international travel in the region.

THe add-ondelivers a high level of accuracy in representing the airport’s current layout and infrastructure. The terminal buildings and cargo facilities have been recreated using Microsoft Flight Simulator's PBR materials, aiming to reflect their real-world appearance. TaiModels has also included detailed interior modeling of the main terminal. Ground textures and markings are handcrafted based on the airport’s latest configuration. Aprons and taxiways follow the actual layout, while realistic lighting improves the atmosphere during night operations.

You can purchase the Québec City International Airport add-on through the ⭐ Flightsim.to Store.

I like it. FPS friendly and more details than the free version. The free version is also quite good if you don’t want to invest money.

While testing a new virtual airport and attempting to replicate a foggy approach, the sim suddenly generated a weather error, and my entire perfect trajectory fell apart, just as it often does in real-life flights: a single misfire ruins an entire carefully planned route. It was then that I remembered how, before a real flight, I'd keep best breeze airways phone number handy to quickly resolve booking issues. This sense of having a clear reference point unexpectedly helped in the sim as well: I calmly restarted the scene and completed the landing.
