Singapore Changi Airport (IATA: SIN, ICAO: WSSS) is a key international gateway located in the eastern region of Singapore. As one of the busiest airports in Southeast Asia, it plays a vital role in regional and long-haul air travel. Widely recognized for its efficiency and amenities, Changi Airport is an important destination and stopover point for global carriers.

TaiModels has now released a detailed rendition of ⭐ Singapore Changi Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator, aiming to capture the airport’s scale and complexity. The scenery features custom-made ground markings and textures, built using PBR materials and based on the airport’s current layout. The terminals and airport buildings, including cargo facilities, are reproduced with handcrafted 3D models and detailed interiors. Lighting across the airport has been tailored to replicate realistic night operations, and all taxiways and aprons are included in line with the real-world layout.

The add-on has also been optimized for performance and is compatible with both Microsof Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. You can find the scenery available now as a payware product on Flightsim.to at this link.

I had already owned the CloudSurf sims WSSS but bought this to try it with MSFS2024 because I was a big fan of TaiModel’s HECA airport. But to be honest there is no clear distinction between the two. I feel the detail on the TaiModels version is more but the textures on Cloudsurf are a little better.
