The KC-135R Stratotanker is a critical aerial refueling aircraft used by the United States Air Force. Developed from the Boeing 707 airframe, it plays a vital role in extending the range and endurance of U.S. military aircraft. Equipped with advanced refueling systems, the KC-135R has been a cornerstone of air mobility for decades. Community Creator zzGhost4 has released an update for the KC-135 pack, originally created by Delta Simulations. This update includes new exterior models, animations, and a custom flight model.

This update brings improved exterior models and animations, along with a modified cockpit based on the C17 project, featuring additional elements and custom animations. The custom flight model is designed for generic performance, not targeting specific real-world numbers. Visual animations are controlled by light commands. The KC-135R is part of a comprehensive C135 and B707 pack, which includes aircraft like the RC-135U/V/W, WC-135, E-3, E-6, and E-8. The pack can be downloaded from Delta Simulations' GitHub. Special thanks go to Delta Simulations for allowing these improvements and to the contributors of the livery collection. You should note that this aircraft is still a work in progress and may have unresolved flaws. Download now for free.

FYI... on Saturday morning 10:00Z I'll be flying this baby across the atlantic (westbound) ... Any prop/biz jet pilots are welcome to refuel air-to-air ... but you'll need to your own external fuel hose attachment 😉
