Two esteemed developers for Microsoft Flight Simulator, PMDG and iniBuilds, have recently unveiled exciting updates about their latest projects. The flight simulation community is on the cusp of a remarkable enhancement with the impending releases of PMDG's 777 and iniBuilds' Airbus A350, featuring two of the most prominent airliners in the industry.

    iniBuilds A350 and A380

iniBuilds, renowned for their work on older Airbus models like the A300 and A310 and various high quality scenery packages, has announced their latest project - the Airbus A350. The iniBuilds team is developing two variants of the A350 - the A350-900 and the longer A350-1000, both competing directly with Boeing's 787 series. The addon will include both winglet variants, and its launch is expected in 2024. Currently, the development is still in progress, and the team is seeking real-world A350 pilots to further refine the simulation.

Additionally, iniBuilds is also working on a rebuilt A380 model for Microsoft Flight Simulator, set to be developed alongside the A350 but released afterwards. The timeline for the A380's release, however, remains unspecified at this stage. At the same time, iniBuilds has shared a development update on their A300-600R Airliner for Microsoft Flight Simulator which is set to be released this year, while content creators will be able to share previews on socials from today, December 26th.

    PMDG 777

PMDG has officially showcased the first preview of their Boeing 777. Emphasizing the visual splendor of the 777, Randazzo highlights the exceptional work of designers Jason and Vin. The first true preview images of the 777, currently deep in flight testing, showcase intricate details like color distortion on the cockpit glass due to special treatments for strength and anti-icing, skin doublers, flush riveting, and surface irregularities.

Robert Randazzo from PMDG has expressed satisfaction with the progress of the 777, noting that the team is seeing performance very close to their 737 product line. The beta testing phase has already yielded nearly 200 fault reports while the development team is quick to resolve issues, maintaining a steady pace in testing and improvements. In closing, Randazzo assures more previews in the coming days and weeks.

From years of development work with a hundred people to the sound recorded on a real 777, the $80 is more worth it than stealing the work of a hundred people.

Let's see what Digital Flight Dynamics offers us with their free version of the A350, and thus be able to compare it with the paid version of iniBuilds.

Dude, I think the only free acft that worth expending time with is 737 zibo, not even Inibuilds a310.

Inibuilds is making an A350...? Since when? Wonder how this'll affect DFD's free A350 mod

Thats comepletly fair and good price. They build very good quality products. Coparing to price of products they made for previouse simulators its realy cheap. All of the products are not that expensive for msfs coparing to other simulator. For new fly simulator fans it can be suprising but its normal thing. They spend huge amount of hours to make that product.
But still we dont know how much it will cost.
