Here are a few flightplans that are based on real-world procedures for flights between Vancouver and Terrace BC.
Please note - the flight planning in the simulator is very rudimentary at this time. It is awkward to use and seems to be missing many waypoints. So I've done my best to include the crucial ones that will simulate as close to real world as possible (within the limitationsof the sim).
There are two Vancouver to Terrace plans. One is specifically for the ILS 33 approach. If conditions permit, you could always shoot this approach then go visual and circle to land on 15. The other is for the RNAV Z for runway 15.
Terrace ILS 110.1 Course 333

Plan to cross PERDI at 7100 for the GS intercept.

For the RNAV Z RWY 15 please note these altitude restrictions:
MSA 25 nm from VITEK is 9100 feet in all quadrants.

OBSAB to PETGO 7900 or above

PETGO to ITNES 6900 or above

ITNES to XORIM 5700 or above

XORIM to TADUK 4700 or above

TADUK to SEDEG 4200 or above

Cross SEDEG at 4200 then 3 degree descent profile down to VITEK

Missed Approach Point is VITEK at 1200 feet barometric.

I've also included a three plans from Terrace to Vancouver. They differ based on what runway is active in Vancouver.
Anyhow, you get the idea...these are basic plans for those who are not that adept at changing approaches on the fly or using FMC's or MCDU's, but just want to have fun in the sim flying something similar to real world.
Observation: The Dash8 traffic will generally fly at FL240 from YVR to YXT and FL250 going south.
