Altus AFB
Altus AFB hosts the the 97th Air Mobility Wing (97 AMW), assigned to the Nineteenth Air Force (19 AF) of the Air Education and Training Command (AETC). The wing's mission is to provide C-17 Globemaster III, KC-135 Stratotanker and KC-46 Pegasus formal initial and advanced specialty training programs for up to 3,000 flight crew and aircraft maintenance students annually.
Improvements
The runways got a complete overhaul with ILS (with equipment), proper lighting, and surfaces. All the Taxiways were hand-crafted and hand-signed. I did my best to replicate some of the missing buildings and added all the apron lighting that was missing. Additionally the beacon and tower have been placed weher they should have been in the first place. Also, a unique hazard of Altus is some rather high antenna in the middle of the airport south of the assault strip, they have been replicated a bit with generic antenna from MSFS.
