First things first: not a single line of code in this project would have been possible without the amazing work, "B21" has done on the AS33 and lots of other gliders. Large parts are a simple copy to bring features like task management and thermalling info over to the discus.
This mod replaces the nav computer in Got Friends Discus 2c, adding a lot of features for cross country flying and racing. Information is divided into multiple pages as in real life LX devices. Pages can be changed by "turning" the rotary knobs on the bottom of the screen. See the included readme file for details.
To install unpack the zip file to a temporary loaction, do what the readme is named for and copy the included folde "gotfriends-discus2c-premium-lxn" to your community folder. Although it's named "premium" it will also work with the freeware version.
A known issue: if a flight takes a little longer to load, the map might fail to inititalize. Simply hit escape and restart the flight in that case.
A special thanks to Jonx and Got Friends for letting me tamper with their aircraft and all the support given. Also hats off to the nice people on the discord servers of Sim Soaring Club and Got Gravel for being so supportive, encouraging and coming up with challenging feature requests. I guess you're using the top left button? Yeah, that's currently deactivated. Got to the settings page / Units of Measurement. You can customize all units there.

Tried that and it is still set to km / hr plus meters instead of feet on the altimeter.

Hmm, strange. Make sure to use the metric/imperial-Buttons on top of the unit settings screen. The detail settings further down are only affecting dataflieds in the computer. Oterh cockpit instruments use the quickselect-Buttons on top.

First, thanks for this addon. Does this work with the marketplace version of Discus2? When I load that version with LXN Nav as only thing in community folder the cockpit is transparent

Should work, if the marketplace version is 2.0.5 also. Can't see a version number there, so it might not have been updated yet in the market place. If you still want to use the mod on the older Discus you can pick a working version of the mod from my github: https://github.com/JackBilbo/lxn-discus/releases - v0.0.9.2 works with the 2.0.4 Discus. Sorry for the hassle, but some core components in the plane changed with the update.
