Aziana airstrip (AYLA) is a dirt strip in Papua New Guinea 975' long with a 18-20% upslope. Get it right and it's relatively easy to fly into but get it wrong, well we won't consider that option :)
The airstrip is serviced by the Missionary Bush pilot team and the Kodiak is an ideal plane to get into the strip.
The area has been terraformed to match the real world and the river under the approach has been terraformed to remove the ulgy mess that MS makes of rivers.
A few custom models are included and I've used the Windy things library for the windsocks. The New Zealand Tall Tree height fix is also recommended for flying anywhere in the world.
Owena will be the next scenery developed
v1.0 1st release
v2.0 updates based on aerial drone footage from Ryan, the Missionary bush pilot
v3. Updated to remove a small ground spike on the approach from the West and to adjust the transition from the upslope to the parking area, it was too 'sharp' in the previous version.
Keep 'em coming Kevin. This one looks great from the pics I see. I just downloaded it. I'm still trying to get the stink out of that Porter after landing at BWJ, Bawan and looking forward to Owena.
