After MSFS SU10 LDZA runways is marked as water runway if you have Aerosoft LDZA made by Drazen Matlekovic and can not be selected as departure airport if you selected ( for exmaple) A320. Asobo is very very slow on updates. Author has send update month ago.Until Update is published it will help. This is his adapted BGL file is Ver. 2.0.2. which I packed.

This simple addon includes out-of-regular-use airfield on island Vis. Its 1000x40m grass field is used only periodically for airplane operations. Originally built by Allied forces during WW2. As the airport is not officialy registrated, I created fictional "LDSV" ICAO code for it.

Airport has one asphalt 2500m long runway and an apron for 4 to 5 medium size airplanes aswell as parking for general aviation. Runway 14 is equipped with ILS system, with SALS light on both runway end (14-32).
