Physics Improvement Mod for FYCYC C919X

This mod refines the flight dynamics of the FYCYC C919X by reducing excessive ground effect and improving lift response during takeoff. Elevator input sensitivity and pitch inertia are rebalanced for more realistic handling characteristics.
