USCG HC-130J EO/IR Sensor + Radome

This add-on modifies the Blackbird Simulations C-130J Dirty 30 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, transforming it into a U.S. Coast Guard special mission aircraft. It introduces a detailed LITENING-derived EO/IR sensor turret and a HC-130J-style underbelly radar radome with realistic textures and materials. The mod installs as a separate aircraft preset, preserving compatibility with existing short-body liveries and leaving the original model unchanged. Note that the sensor and radar features are visual only and do not provide functional avionics.
