    Description

    "Old Barney" as it's called locally. Barnegat Lighthouse, in Barnegat Light State Park, Barnegat Light, NJ. A famous NJ landmark and critical former navigation aid for ships bound for New York. 
    UPDATED - Lighthouse now works - rotating white light with indirect spill onto the ground below. Red flashing caution light on top. 

    Modeled from scratch by me in Blender. One of a series of NJ Lighthouses I'm doing. 

    Just drop folder in the "Community" folder of your scenary.

    I love this lighthouse very much. It reminds me of my younger childhood lol, My grandma and aunt live on LBI and we love to go see the lighthouse turn on. And this is coming from someone who has been visiting LBI since 2 years of age it’s a spot on recreation of Barneget light

    wow - sorry about that. I did upload with replace - it told me it worked. Either way, I've reuploaded as version 1.1, and disabled the old download. Hopefully this gets you the correct one. Sorry about that.

    I just checked this out and it is still the old file! I think maybe you tried to overwrite instead of upload a new version as the change log shows only one version. If there is any chance you can get the modified file up ASAP, my friend and I are planning a flight up the coast at 6pm EST Monday night. Gah sry I wish I had checked sooner...

    Hi - glad you liked it. I tried adding the beacon but it didn't work - so I added some external lighting. I haven't seen anyone get a lighthouse working yet but will gladly update if I can figure out a way.

    Looks great, hopefully the ground light shining on it can be removed and instead a beacon light used instead. Have been looking forward to taking a night flight down the NJ coast because the Atlantic City pack on here has night lighting and was hoping to be able to see the Barnegat Light working as I flew past
