Downtown looks great, especially at night. On par with SamScene3d cities. Also nice to see some updated buildings due to the dated Asobo photogrammetry. The Landing has been cleared and is now accurate. The USS Orleck is a nice touch. Only things missing are Khan's yacht, Maxwell House, and Friendship Fountain lighting and water effects. Not currently compatible with rkbridgers Jacksonville bridges package.
