    Overview

    All products sold on Flightsim.to Store are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or the download link has been made available to you.

    When You May Request a Refund

    We may grant a refund in the following circumstances:

    • Technical issues — The product is fundamentally broken or non-functional, and the developer has not provided a fix within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Not as described — The product differs significantly from its listing description, screenshots, or advertised features.
    • Duplicate purchase — You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
    • Unauthorized transaction — A purchase was made without your consent.

    Refund Request Timeframe

    Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

    How to Request a Refund

    3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

    Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will generally not be granted in the following cases:

    • You changed your mind after purchasing.
    • Your system does not meet the minimum requirements listed on the product page.
    • The product works as described but does not meet your personal expectations.
    • You failed to read the product description, compatibility information, or system requirements before purchasing.
    • Issues caused by third-party software, modifications, or incorrect installation.

    Refund Processing

    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
