jaktrax78Despite having admired the intricate detail in this airfield since release, it took a discount to get me to buy it, simply because I didn't think I'd fly here much (I'm more into airliners than GA). However it's a real stunner and I can see myself flying into and out of here frequently. Some of the texturing — particularly on the ground, landside — could be a touch sharper but much of the fine detail is done to an exceptional standard. There are a handful of fully walkable interiors, with which you can interact, and the many cool animations and Easter eggs (some miles from the airport) ensure the airport offers both novelty and longevity. The attention to detail across the airfield really is remarkable: every clock works, the café is populated depending on the time of day, joggers run around the grounds, and various vehicles drive the landside roads. Some of the more impressive scenes need to be carefully triggered but if you find an 'area of potential interest' it's worth fiddling with the time and date... just in case something incredible happens! ;-) This is the kind of airport scenery everyone ought to have in their collection, if for no other reason than to showcase the amazing potential of FS2024. There might not be scheduled airline movements here but it can accommodate many types, from gliders to large bizjets — and its location, surrounded by pine forests, makes for visually impressive landings.
