This update fixes the swimming pool water in the St. Barth villa and also resolves the issue with the visible cube / box around the yacht, which should no longer appear.

Love the details on the villas. Thank you! I do have one ask and I don't know how to contact you personally, but would you be able to provide a fix on one of the villas? The swimming pool water is slightly above the pool. This is all. Everything else is perfect! Update: Thank you for the 5/11/2026 update. The villa in St. Barth is indeed fixed :) Another issue appears after the update: the skyscrapers in Hong Kong and Miami seem to have lost their parallax interiors, along with some exterior lighting. The issue is especially noticeable at night. I already tried deleting my rolling cache and NVIDIA shader cache, but the problem still persists. I am currently still using MSFS2020. Could you please help me find a fix for this issue? Thank you so much for continuing to keep this mod updated and supported!

It is not compatible with slhsimdesigns-airport-tffj-st-barts. It seems that this mod is absolutely incompatible if you install any airport or city.

Fantastic additions to Miami and Saint Barts! These houses will full interiors are liveable in VR with the addition of walking mode in 2024. The villa is a perfect standalone scenery and the models are excellent. Landing on the skyscraper helipad and walking inside to a fully modeled flat overlooking Miami in VR is amazing. Even better with Sam Scene Modern Cities Vol, 1. The upgrades to the port of Miami are a nice bonus and the cruise ships have really colorful lighting at night. If only there was a mod to replace all of the base game cruise ship models with these. Update: Is there a way to make this compatible with SLH Sim Designs TFFJ? The villa and ships do not show up when enabled.

This is so cool. I am more into the sim aspect of the flight sim but having a cool villa to land near with my Goose and go fishing is pretty fun. I looked at all the houses. BS Baron V2 in Uganda and the Miami house so far.

Hello from Germany, I unpacked the package into my community folder, but the add-on doesn't appear in the game. All other add-ons work perfectly. What can I do? I've already renamed the package to xyz... but that doesn't work either.

Thanks to Bouwe we know that the problem is the "samscene3d-sightseeing-usa-modern-city-1" add-on, they placed an exclusion rectangle. The only solution is to change my add-on folder name to "xyz-projectcoastline-houses-2024" adding the XYZ in the front

Saw this on Project Coastline Facebook and just had to get it. Because we have the ability to walk around in MSFS 2024 this seems like so much fun and spoiler it is! I hope developers can someday add things like interactive buttons that close and open hanger doors, we can interact with the aircraft before we power it up so why not interactive scenery. These 3 homes are very well done and performance is spot on, I hope we see more like this. I'd love smaller homes with runways like those fly in communities in USA.
