Locher is a small beautifull airfield located in the Italian Alps.

There is a great scenery from bmw969: https://flightsim.to/file/1811/locher-sarentino-airfield-loch

But for me taxiways were crooked and impassable, probably because of some wu.

Anyway I decided to repair and improve it and that's what I made.

Make sure you have the BMW's Loher installed, it's needed for the scenery to work!

Scenery comes with:

many terrain improvements on the airfield
corrected trees around the airfield
stones all over the nearby river and on the slopes of the mountains
some improved roads
custom bushes and trees around the airfield
enhanced terrain on the approach

And it all takes up little disk space!

Thank you for making one of my favourite airfields useable again. Particularly love the road repairs and extra terrain touches, not to mention the functional taxiway. Great effort!

many thanks for this repair! however, i still have the following issue: the three cables on the approach are not continuous, the are too high. (not sure if its cause by bmw's scenery, your fix or another mode like https://flightsim.to/file/14840/project-litfts-europe)

Many thanks for taking on this project. It's simply astounding that BMW has not seen fit to fix this, his signature creation that launched BMW's recognition in the community. Look forward to your no-dem version as I also use the stock dem. Too bad about the power cables as this is an important element for thisairfield.

do you think it would be possible to make a version for those that do not use the custom DEM mesh?

as i have read the mesh adds severe stutters in the comments it has.

Real nice details added to this unique airfield!
However I get an approx 1m high steep step in the airfield, after the footpath accross the rwy, downhill.
No added mesh used, BMW version installed.
Unfortunately unuseable wiht your addon, useable w/o

Once again, your addon for the bmw 969 basic Locher scenery is reallly impressive! Using the recommended ITALIAN ALPS 20m DEM is not a solution for my reported problems.
Hoepfully there will be a change to get this fixed.

First of all, thank you very much for your effort!
I do not care much about floating Rocks etc, but i have an issue with the runway, there are 2 "steps"
in it and my Cessna was stuck in the Hill (in a parking position)
I hope you can update it, it would be great 😊

Yes, with sdk it was really hard to make it all flat and without that hills, I'll correct that soon. And idk what's about these rocks, there is a big rock placed by BMW which for me is floating in the sky - I cannot remove it. My stones aren't perfect too and I'll look for wrong placements. And if they don't look like on my screenshots please let me know, I recommend you to use alps dem like me for now. Thanks!

The aircraft opposite is halfway stuck in the ground.( with the tail)

I was using italy alps dem when making the scenery, maybe that's the problem. I'll take a look and try to repair it soon

- The two women sitting on the bench, the bench itself and the sheppard dog are floating in the air and also the 3 brown flowerpots behind them.
The aircraft opposite is halfway stuck in the ground.( with the tail)
I installed BMW's Locher scenery as recommended and don't use any additional mesh. MSFS has latest updates.

Same here. I uploaded pictures... But like other user commented airfield is usable again after long time. Good work and thank you!
