MSFS Visual Docking Guidance System is a module for Microsoft Flight Simulator that powers realistic docking systems in compatible airports.
Our module accurately simulates all common docking devices in full detail, including speed restrictions, tracking deterioration in poor weather, and error messages. It is the most detailed rendition of docking devices ever made for Microsoft Flight Simulator series.
Docking devices created using our module are self-activating and ready to use as soon as you land – without requiring any extra steps. They are also independent from in-game ATC and thus suitable for use on VATSIM network.
Installation instructions
Download the ZIP and run included installer. It will download and extract a package named noolaero-module-vdgs into your Community folder.
You can uninstall it from Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program.

main folder is in my community folder
anyone else got this problem?
Submitted a ticket last week and still no reply, clearly the developers either don't care or it's a dead project?

I have written to all the developers who use your Nool. To inform them of this horrific decrease in FPS.
One way or another I hope it will be sorted. Thanks in advance!

Have not had any issues so far despite the Font on the display not shown until close up while in VR.
Still worth 5 Stars 😊

This looks great but it doesn't work for me, I am guessing because I have my addons stored outside the community folder and link them as needed using Addons Linker.
Could you please provide installation instructions for this scenario? Do we just install it into the same external folder as our sceneries?
Edit: looking into this more I'm not so sure as the vdgs util is present in the exe.xml, so it should be loading right?
Edit 2: It is loading with the sim, but not functional. I am getting a recurring error:
"[noolaero-vdgs] EXCEPTION 38: An attempt to retrieve jetway data using SimConnect_RequestJetwayData has caused an exception" (this is at iniBuilds EGLL)
Also another question - does thjs work at default airports too or only those listed in the compatibility list? Thanks

Hello, unfortunately, the installation fails because the program cannot find the community folder.
this is located on drive E:
