Description
To update remove the previous file from the community package and then replace it with the new one.
This is a MSFS native model of the Antonov An-2 biplane (“colt”). The An-2 was manufactured from 1947 to 2001, making it one of the longest produced aircraft in the world, and it remains in scheduled service to this day.
- Custom virtual cockpit and modelled cabin, UV lighting in the cockpit
- Liveries (Lithuanian airline, Interflug, Hungarian Air Service, Aeroflot, Kazakhstan, Orenburg Air, SP-FIE, Polar Airlines)
- Sounds by: Gary Jones
The package contains a user manual with installation guide, and some advice for operation.
Special thanks to Gary Jones for giving me permission to use his sound pack.
The future of the project
This project is no longer my top priority that is why I am taking down the WIP label. That being said I will make some updates in the future. Who knows, someday I might end up making a completely new model for it!
I know that some of the issues, mostly regarding the flight dynamics, were never fixed, if you’re interested in helping me, please contact me in the DM-s.
I am thankful for everyone’s support. I have learned a lot from this project, and I am confident that I can improve every aspect by the next one.

Die An-2 lässt sich nun gar nicht mehr fliegen, beim Start zieht die nach rechts und stürzt ab

Das Flugzeug zieht am Boden viel zu stark nach rechts! Und es läßt sich am Boden schlecht steuern.

Can't seem to get this working via provided install method in the files... anyone got advice?

Hello
Great aircraft! I just made a flight, but there are two things I had issues with:
I can't get the ADF to work. The needle jumps like ADF is going between ON and OFF.
I also can not communicate with ATC. When I open a chat window I get a message, that I need electrical systems working before I an turn the radio on. Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing a switch somewhere?

Thank you for your comment.
To turn on the ADF radio: the po-500 must be on, the ADF circuit braker in the centre dashboard must be on, and the “ВЫКА.-КОМП-АНТ-РАМ.” switch must be in the КОМП position.
The com radio issue could be caused by the fact that at idle power the generator sometimes doesn’t produce enough power to charge the battery.
Hope this helps, and I am sorry for this issue.
I am currently working on an update that will fix some of the bugs with the flight dynamics and systems, and also feature a longer manual.

Thank you for your answer.
I was naughty and I replaced systems.cfg on your aircraft with the cessna caravan default system.cfg (apart from light section). I'm able to communicate with the ATC as soon as BATT is on. Didn't make a flight yet but everything seems to be working ok while on the ground.
You might wanna adjust the tail wheel steering angle as well. I noticed it was 15 degrees which made the aircraft barely steerable on ground. I changed it to 85 and now it's behaving like expected.
Thank you once again for advise on comms :)

It was the same to me. Try to update drivers and lower some settings

Unfortunately I am not sure what could be causing this issue, have you tried going through the start up procedure form, cold and dark, as described in the manual? Make sure that the mixture lever is moved back and the fuel stop lever is moved forward. (Apparently I wrote it wrong in the manual, I am sorry).
