Look like ASOBO fixed this now with SU6, so this file is no longer needed and will not be supported anymore

After finding a fix for the Innsbruck LOWI LOC East approach I´ve decided to fix the Nice LFMN 4R ILS approach which I read in may comment that people are unhappy about.
Just unzip the file an drop into your community folder.
The ILS on 4R is wrong in the default MSFS scenery as it is parallel to the Rwy. In real life, the ILS antennas are not on the center line of the Rwy but slightly to the north. The ILS is at a slight angle to the Rwy so that the ILS center crosses the center of the beginning of the Rwy 4R. See:

Anyone managed to land using RNAV approaches at this airport? When I input an RNAV runway in the FMS, the flight plan/route doesn't connect with the runways.

This is true ! 042° for ILS 04L (july 2021), 041° for ILS 04R (march 2019), and the RNP approaches give 042° for both runways ....
BUT .... it does not matter (except in the sim which gives the 04R for landings...)
In Nice, the runway 04L is the one used for landings, just as the 22R (you can also see the Airport Briefing from Jeppesen, very clear on this point).
O4R/22L are used for take off ...
Never use the 04R for landings ! (except in the sim😂😉)
