Unplayable after Sim Update 15. New Ground Texture updates have caused "bottoming-out" issues with all of the boats in your library. Including the most recent updates to my 2nd favorite ship, The Nostalgia. This Speedboat no longer can achieve the top speeds before the update and now, the current speeds are about halved due to the ground modeling updates. This is my favorite watercraft and would hope for an update. *Be advised, the update to the Nostalgia now has the ship listing to Port- and not level with the water...

I bought this unsure if it worked in VR, but luckily it does! I found the boat to look really nice, the textures are really good, especially on things like the seats. I didn't have any issues with controlling the boat. The water wasn't crazy choppy as I was using the "rainy" weather setting. I enjoyed the sounds and lighting, and I feel like, in the future, I'm going to have lots of fun with this as there are so many coast cities or places to sail in that could add so much to the game! I highly recommend everyone to try it. Edit: One thing I forgot to add, You don't see any motors hanging off the back. Now I'm not super familiar with boats so maybe they are underneath the hull? I have no clue.

Steering seems very dependent on live weather/weather wind. pick a sunny still day and steering is much better...pick live weather with a bit of chop and a stiff breeze and its not effective.

Thank you for posting this. I bought this Speedboat a couple nights ago. Having a lot of fun with it. However, there are a couple things that can be improved upon or added. 1) I noticed the same issue. It only turns so far left or right.... not enough to make a u-turn, in choppy water with windy weather. 2) Also, I cannot find a reverse gear. All boats I ever operated have a reverse gear. Very important and would help me a lot navigating narrow waterways. Thank you!

Hi there, Sorry for the delayed response. 1) Yes, the boat is a bit difficult to control under high winds. This is due to the large surface area I have given the "rudder" so as to improve turning performance. If you are struggling to turn, I recommend cutting the power, turning, then adding the power again, and repeat. 2) Reverse is only available at low speeds by using the command Shift + P. You can also Shift + P twice quickly to stop the boat in a particular spot, essentially anchoring it. Thanks!

Nice boat but no throttle control. None. Everything else works perfectly. Boat is stuck at 5 kts and won't budge

Unfortunately I believe it is the MSFS update that has messed up things. Please try binding it to "Throttle Axis 1" in a separate profile instead of "Throttle Axis". https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/1-12-18-0-certain-aircraft-require-throttle-1-instead-of-throttle-axis/487816/4

The boat is really great, but what is extremely annoying are the waters, which often have very large differences in height and depth as some layers do not exactly meet, which is still very annoying that you can hardly pass under any bridge because you face a ghost wall I hope Microsoft continues to fix these extreme problems
