- Added missing strobe lights

The biggest update so far: lights now illuminate the ground, and every city gets far more realistic, varied lighting. Important: Remove old versions. If you prefer the lights without the ground glow, just leave out or remove the "-glow" folder. The lights work on their own. Enjoy! New - Ground glow: roads, junctions and lamps now cast soft light on the ground, following the terrain. - Floodlights: stadiums, sports centres, industry, piers and shopping areas now use banks of floodlights, the brightest lights in the scene, with their light pooling inside the site. Lit sports fields, tracks, river ports and big-city rail yards get floodlight masts too. - Shop signs: colored lights in busy commercial streets (green pharmacy crosses, neon bars, warm restaurant fronts). - Lamp variety: brightness and color temperature vary from pole to pole, with the occasional extra-bright, amber or flickering lamp. - Mixed lamp technologies: warm/neutral LED neighbourhoods with districts still on orange sodium, in natural, irregular patches. Improved - Realistic lighting policy: Autobahns are lit only where they are lit in reality; main roads are lit through towns and stay dark across the countryside; roads mapped as unlit stay dark. - Better town detection: ring roads and outskirts of big cities are no longer left dark. - Streets are lit on the correct side, with realistic spacing per road type, and each light sits on its own pool of light. - Tunnels no longer show lights on the surface above them. - Bigger, clearer light sprites, with motorways and streets easy to tell apart. Fixed - Large parts of dense areas (Ruhr, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich...) were missing street lights: every street is now included. - Many industrial, commercial and sports sites had no lights in dense regions.

Hotfix: Lights would not load correctly when both packages were installed simultaneously. This issue has now been fixed. Please update to the latest version. Also reduced light intensity. Thanks!
