SPAD.neXt PROFILE FOR THRUSTMASTER DEVICES. VOL2: PMDG B737. Hello pilots! You will surely agree with me, one thing that kills immersion is desperately moving your mouse to find a click spot when you need to activate a button or a switch in your virtual cockpit. In critical phases where you have to act quickly, you don't want to waste time finding that damn arrow that tells you you're in the right place to click. So nothing better than a dedicated button for each main functions on your hardware. Some are automatically assigned in MSFS Control Options when you install the controllers (we’ll keep most of them) Some basic functions can also be easily configured within MSFS, and we’ll do that as well. But some must be programmed using one of the available tools like FSUIPC, SPAD.neXt or Lorby’s Axis And Ohs. And SPAD.neXt is a perfect tool to assign particular functions and get the most out of your controllers. It allows you to create a profile for each type of aircraft and this profile will be recognized automatically when you choose your aircraft. A great advantage of SPAD.neXt is to be able to assign 2 functions per button, one with a short press, the other by keeping the button pressed longer.

1. If you don’t own it already, download SPAD.neXt from here: https://www.spadnext.com/download/download-spad-next.html (SPAD.neXt comes with a 14 days trial of the 'complete edition'. After 14 days a valid license Key is required. SPAD.next for MSFS costs around $30.)
2. Go to C:\Users\YOUR NAME\Documents\SPAD.neXt\profiles and drop in this folder the BOEING DAVID.xml file included with this document.
That's all! ;)
