Exclusive Drag and Drop

Re-creation of the Ansett Airlines of Australia VH-RMS. A Boeing 727-77 that was in service in Australia for Ansett from 1969 until 1980.

Updated to Version 1.1 - corrected reflectivity of leading edges of horizontal stabilizers to match leading edges of wings and tail. Also corrected various parts that would change appearance when zooming out in drone view.

    I worked for this airline 1977 until its demise in 2001...brings back pleasant memories. If you do any other revisions in the future, maybe you could get rid of the space between the M and the S in the rego.

      Thank you for that. The reason for the gap in the registration is because the original plane had a slight gap between the M and S in the registration on the engine in the tail. It’s a little less of a gap than mine as all I could do was use the spacebar when typing. I wanted to include a screenshot of the original as well, but as the images are usually copyrighted, decided to leave it out.

    Extremely nice work and attention to detail. Thanks for sharing your talent with us. I am not sure who created it, but somebody posted a similar retro style Ansett livery a few month ago. It contained a customized cockpit with some color changes and monogrammed Ansett upholstery. I don't know if that author might be willing to share, but it would look great if you can combine them.

      I think at some point we'll get one but it could be a while. I much prefer this colour scheme as well.
