I think its time for a section "working on". It would be so good to see if anyone is actually working on something particular, to avoid multiple people doing the same thing. There is this request section on flightsim.to which is awesome, however, I suggest a supplementary section, where people can actually upload their WIP.

The tail decal looks a little off.

1. The right horizontal stripe on the stabiliser should not be interrupted by the white vertical one.
2. the white horizonal lines should meet on the bow a little farther down near the nose. Now they meet below the canopy.

The flag could still need some tweaking with the proportions. The blue parts are too large. I believe the red stripes are a little too narrow. The blue part on the bottom of the fin is also almost triangular.
I can understand you decision not to make the stripe angled downward. Have you tried it for comparision?
The flag proportions are not very accurate as it is hand drawn, I may change it later or I may leave it.
