Alpine Lakes Explored - 
Touring Alpine Lakes in France-Switzerland-Germany-Italy

This series of nine bushtrips will take us through some beautiful mountain scenery round a considerable number of Alpine lakes in France, Switzerland, Germany, and Italy. These bush trips are based on FSX flight documents created by Gordon Jock Wilkinson, with his permission.

There are nine short separate trips touring the Alps visiting a lot of lakes in the Asobo Xcub Floats airplane. The main goal of the trip is sight seeing, with all settings set to easy (some of these can be changed). There are also icons that show the way to get to the waypoints and final destination.

The flights are set in an amphibian aircraft, so that you have the choice of doing the odd "splash-and-go" in the lakes between the airports where the flights will direct you. There are also 12 additional fictitious water runways, made visible with airfield lights, where you have to land on the right spot to complete the leg. The aircraft must be stationary to end the trip - sometimes it may be necessary to switch off the engine.

Descriptions are available in six languages ​​: english - german - french - italian - dutch - spanish. The translations were made with google translate and are not linguistically corrected. They are to be taken for what they are. Flightbooks in these six languages ​​are included separately.

Installation :
- unzip the Alpine Lakes Tour.zip file
- there are 2 folders in the unzipped file : 1) the folder "Alpine Lakes Tour Bushtrips" with 9 folders in it - put all 9 folders in your community folder - 2) the folder "Flightbooks" with the flightbooks in docx format (this folder may not be put in the community folder).

If you want the possibility to choose the plane, the weather, the time of day and the season (and some other goodies), then you should take a look at the experimental program - MissionChanger - also created by BuffyGC. 

The bushtrips have been recompiled after the changes in sim update 11 to avoid incompatibility issues.

Installation : 
- remove all 9 folders from the previous version in your community folder

- unzip the Alpine Lakes Explored.zip file
- in the unzipped file are 9 folders in it - put all 9 folders in your community folder

After the bush trips were broken with the latest Sim Update, a new recompile is needed to fix these incompatibility issues.

Installation : 
- remove all 9 folders from the previous version in your community folder

- unzip the Alpine Lakes Explored.zip file
- there are 2 folders in the unzipped file : 1) the folder "Alpine Lakes Explored Bush trips" with 9 folders in it - put all 9 folders in your community folder - 2) the folder "Flightbooks" with the flightbooks (english language)in pdf format (this folder may not be put in the community folder).

This is a minor update - it is a revision of the waypoint comments. The general direction to follow to reach a waypoint is now stated at the beginning of the appropriate waypoint comments.

Installation :
