Removing the addon solves the crash? Do you have any other addons installed for Israel? Can you remove one of the folders and try to load?

Yes, no crash without this addon. I got some addons from GamerDEAL including Israeli objects and a few airports, and I believe Dome of the Rock.
But I got a few others mods that are modifying trees in other regions (Nordic EcoRegions and Finland EcoRegions). I did not tried without those 2 mods yet.

I have merged the files from the several vegetation mods into one single file and it solved my CTD
