Very nice livery. Thank you. At first I did not realize that the sub folder of the unzipped downloaded file had to be placed in the Community folder. Initially I placed the klm_L1047 in the Community folder which did not show the KLM livery.

Is it possible to make your creation visible in the 1.9 update from Red Wing. It doesn't show up in my hangar (only the small image to choose from), and the airport.

Thanks for your reply, I removed the KLM livery and downloaded it again among with your Eastern liveries. Tried one of the Eastern liveries (the white/red one), no problem flying this one. After that I changed to the KLM livery and got airborne with it. The only difference with the Eastern flight was the behavior of Redwings autopilot, but that's another story. So thanks a lot for this beautiful bird.

Dear gharp, I own 10 liveries from which your livery is the only one that doesn't fly. It causes a sim crash, or the program hangs with your beautiful bird visible on the runway. Perhaps my system isn't powerfull enough.

Intel I7 - 32GB - 970 EVO Plus 2TB - nVidia 2070 Super -

Lowered my Traffic and disabled my cache, nothing helps.

Any idea?

Sorry for the late reply-been out of town. I downloaded the KLM texture again from Flighrsim.to and reinstalled. No problems. Any luck yet?

Hi,

When I select this livery, then in the aircraftmenu it is displayed, but after activation the Breitling model is used in the sim.

I also have the impression that it causes a sim-crash which does not occur when I remove the livery.

Sometimes I have the display-problem and when this is not the case, then the sim crashes.

Besides that, I would prefer a livery with tip-tanks as KLM had its majority equipped with that.

Thank you for downloading.. I have tested this livery on msfs and have no problems. I did not use the TWA model for tip tanks even though they are painted on the texture map. Most photos do show the KLM Connie with tip tanks but on shorter trips these would have been removed due to weight. To change the model to TWA would require alot more work and even though I have been painting for 20 plus years this repaint took a month to complete.
