So this is a cargo plane with painted on windows showing seats inside?

Yeah , thats kinda the case.
The original airframe was a converted freigter and this was the closest way to get to this.

Looks great, but I cant get it to install no matter what I do. Just shows up in my content manager as "not installed".

Hmm , the only thing i can think of is that you maybe dragged the folder that you unzipped , straight into your community folder. When you unzip it , you have to open the unzipped folder first and drag the folder thats inside to your community folder.
Everything should be ok that way .
