It works. Whether is it 100% safe ?

I dunno man...I gave it thumbs-up for "it works in SU5".

Any addon that is simple, that contains just one structure such as this one - you have no worries post-SU5. The formatting of those objects is mostly based on the the legacy BGL standard from the FSX - and their file structure has no special philosophy so that it might break the sim and cause a CTD.

But there is this !

In Sim Update 5 we all know that we've got a radically new approach to how the LODs are implemented and rendered in SDK and the sim engine itself. Addons with one BGL structure (building, monument, rock formation, organics, etc.) are mostly LOD-agnostic by themselves and the LOD determination on them is performed automatically by the engine during runtime - so we should still see them render correctly.

However, addons that are from the prehistoric era (such as this one) might have certain texturing, mip-mapping or layering elements that are really not used anymore and are incompatible.

Such cases can often break the simulator if present.

That's why I do not use outdated addons.

Also, I do not use hundreds of addons to tweak every stupid little thing in the sim, and whenever I see a developer who created one more library to increase the mess...instead of using one of already existing and popular ones like Windy Things, Sergio's, Fisherman's or Mikeaa's scenery packs...and that is already the case of using and requiring more 3rd party addons in order for his (3rd party) addon to work.

Doesn't matter even if it looks stunning, when I see that I just skip it. Close, next, exit, bye.

I mean hundreds of addons and just one huge chaos is what's behind the issues of most of those folks at the main MSFS forums who cry because they cannot play their simulator constantly crashes and is useless for already 10 months.
