Hello, your livery really makes the inside of the CJ4 look deceptively real. Absolutely great. Unfortunately, it does not work with the mod "Add Co-pilot to your cockpit (Standard Edition) Current Version v1.15.7.0 by Mugz". Could you change something about that? It's nicer to fly with a company again 😉

Thanks that is the goal lol, I am unfamiliar with that mod, I will take a look. It may also modify the model file and if that is the case, then there is nothing I can do here. I don't think you can have 2 model files in the community folder trying to overwrite themselves at the same time. Anyhow, I'll take a look for ya.

Thanks for the livery, looks great. I am trying to get it working in the gen2 CJ4 add-on, but it just doesn't show. Any ideas what I can do to get it working?
The textures do work in the default CJ4, but when I install this Gen2 version, it doesn't show.

Hm, this makes no sense to me. This mod goes in the community folder and overwrites the stock CJ4 textures and model from the base game. So I don't know what you are referring to.

Great work, thank you! Online photos sometimes show a back panel in more greyish color instead of the bright blue. Do you know if these are color errors upon photographing or does Cessna provide real options for a different color tone?

Are you referring to the MIP in the flightdeck? If so, I have used color matching to obtain the right color grey. I have also used a darker Ambient Occlusion bake to help mask the blue reflection of the sky and green reflection of the ground that can be seen on every plane's cockpit panels in the sim. Hopefully this is something Asobo can address at a later time.

I'm referring to the general appearance of the panel (blueish vs. greyish), regardless of the technique used in MSFS. However I have just been able to answer the question by myself: If you go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swLwahgaxoQ at 1:20-1:30 you can see how the camera adjusts the color while the FOs hand is placed in the picture. This is what I meant.

Thanks ! Do this affect FPS in any way ?

All the textures are now 4K and the highest quality DDS files, so it will take more space in your GPU's VRAM. Typically, this would lead to lower performance depending on the system however, the sim does a great job handling 4K textures and you should not see any fps drop. I have no fps loss compared to the default. 😊

    Hi! Perfect work!

I have a question. You include model files of Interior CJ4.
Did you have some changes in model files or it just original files?
    • MoreRightRudder
      2 month(s) ago
Yes there are new models as we merged the glass into the original model. We also got rid of a soft normal used on the panels in the cockpit that caused a grainy look where there was not supposed to be grain. Thanks!
