Terminated Requests not Resetting to Pending

HI, I took on a livery request for the Alaska Air Transit for the Kodiak thinking it was for the Caravan. When I backed out of the request it took 200 points off me for terminating the livery after accepting it. But the status is still shown as "Work in progress" when this is not the case. If you click on the request there is no-one shown as creating it but the status hasn't reset to pending. No-one will pick this up now as it looks like someone is working on it, when they are not. Can you please reset the staus to pending.
