Disable star ratings on add-ons marked as archive/recycling bins.

Users do NOT read the warning.
The creators mark the mod as archived or recycling bins when not planning to provide updates, because disabling/deleting the mod has been no longer working by a flightsim.to’s convention change.
But the user gives it a low rating for incompatibility. The average rating decrease is not desirable.
