Update the navigation dropdowns

It's getting harder and harder to find a specific plane in the "Liveries" list. Some are grouped by developer, some by plane manufacturer. The UX is such that you need to scroll and skim to find what you're looking for every time, and there's no way to shorten that action. This has been an issue on livery sites since the early days of flight sims, as more and more planes are released.
The way I see it, there's a couple fixes;

1. Pick a grouping method and stick with it. Either developer or plane manufacturer, not a mix. Create a convention within the site so it's recognizable, and the user at least knows what to visually scan for when he's scrolling through the list. This might require some additional work if you decide to go with grouping by plane manufacturer, since multiple developers can release the same plane. In that case, sub-categories would be in order.

2. Add a box at the top of the dropdown to filter the results. The list is only going to get longer, might need this in the future, regardless.
