I want to applaud Flightsim.to for their understanding and compromising with the community at large and providing a TOS that seems to be more than acceptable. It is hoped that everyone who left will return to this site because we (the end users) enjoy your passion to provide so much wonderful content and IMHO hope it continues to grow.
