Wishlist, but for addons that do not yet exist

I think it would be a great feature if each user could add a list of ICAO codes they'd like scenery for, and they get a notification when a scenery is released/updated for that airport.

Currently, we can add existing addons to wishlists and watchlists, but that's only for scenery projects that currently exist, it doesn't work for airports you'd like to see addons for but which haven't yet had anything made for them.

For example, until I created my recent KLRD project there was no scenery available for it. A user could add KLRD to their list, and when I uploaded my project anyone with that airport code on their list would receive a notification that there was now scenery available for it.

You could even publish a ranking of the codes, to let developers know which are the most-wanted airports which do not yet have have an addon.
