Campbell - Iditarod Checkpoint #1
The annual Iditarod race starts in Anchorage, on the first Saturday in March. The first checkpoint is Campbell Airstrip, about 10 miles from downtown Anchorage. From here, the mushers stop to load up the dog teams and transport them to Willow for the "official" start on the following day. Campbell is one of 24 airstrips and airports on the Iditarod Trail that runs from Anchorage to Nome. The Iditarod Airforce is a group of pilots who volunteer their time and planes to service the 24 race checkpoints.
Campbell Airstrip has a colorful history, starting as a military airport. To learn more about Campbell, please follow this link:

I have modified the default strip using aerial photos and images I found on the internet, and from the data on the AirNav and SkyVector web sites. The scenery is made up of objects found in libraries from MSFS/Asobo and Flightsim.to in order to make it as realistic as possible. Get out of the cockpit and walk around and explore a bit. I think you will enjoy it.
Installation
Copy the tn-airport-csr-campbell folder inside of the WinZip file into your MSFS Community folder.
Many thanks to the creators of the Required and Recommended libraries. If you have not previously installed these libraries in your Community folder, some objects may not be visible in your sim. Remember, you only have to install these one time. Also, go to the sim marketplace and download the free UK2000 Scenery Common Library. All Microsoft World Updates should be installed also.
